Nova Horizons Inc. is a young and dynamic boutique real estate firm offering services in agency/brokerage, advisory, leasing, financing, management, appraisal and project management.

We represent a important pool of sellers, buyers, and lessors, and have solid leads.

We are looking for a few quality people with various backgrounds and experiences to join our small team and play a significant role in building a unique corporate vision.

We are not looking to dictate your job position or your work schedule. Rather, we would prefer hearing what you have to offer and how you can be an asset to our firm. So if you believe you have something to contribute, you may be what we are looking for.

Requirements:

1) Most of our commercial and service activity is in the IC&I, so you must have a good understanding of at least one of the following: Leasing, Investment, Commercial, Industrial, and (Re)Development of Real Estate projects. Residential realtors are welcome as well.

2) You ideally have a degree or diploma with any of the following fields: Law, Finance, Engineering, Accounting, Architecture, Appraisal, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or Chartered Real Estate Agent, Building Inspector, Graphic Artists, Design, etc.),

3) You have a good knowledge of marketing and sales techniques.

4) You have perfect oral and writing skills in French and English. Third languages are a plus.

5) You have good knowledge of the Greater Montreal Area, or the Laurentians, South Shore, and Monteregie.

6) You have strong work and business ethics; your reputation is immaculate; are well connected and appreciated; you conduct yourself professionally; are creative; are well mannered and present well.

7) You are self-motivated, organized, take initiative and are capable of working on your own, as a pair, or with a group.

8) Experience is preferred but training is possible under certain conditions. So students, stagieres, and recent graduates are welcome.
