Nova Horizons helps individuals, families and businesses plan the move of capital, property and residence to Florida. We plan, explain and coordinate. Licensed firms that you engage directly do the legal, tax, lending and real estate work.

What we don't do

Clear lines, so there's never any confusion

Real estate brokerage: We don't list, search for, show, value or negotiate property, and we don't advise on the price of a specific property. When you're ready, we introduce a licensed Florida real estate brokerage, which you engage directly.
Legal and tax: We don't give legal or tax advice. Your lawyer and accountant advise; we make sure they have the full picture.
Investments and lending: We don't recommend or manage investments and we don't arrange loans. Licensed advisers and lenders do.
Immigration: We don't advise on visas or status. We introduce immigration attorneys.
Client money: We never hold, receive or transfer client funds. Deposits and purchase funds go only to licensed title companies or attorneys.

How we charge

Simple, agreed in writing, never tied to a deal

First conversation: Free and without obligation.
Advisory fees: Agreed with you in writing, scope and fee, before any work begins. No surprises.
Never a commission: Our fees never depend on whether you buy or sell, or on the price of a property. Nova Horizons receives no commission on any transaction.
Independent introductions: We receive no referral fees from the lawyers, accountants or lenders we introduce. You engage and pay them directly, on their own terms.
Real estate commissions: Paid only to licensed real estate brokerages, as part of the transaction, in the normal way. Any referral arrangement between licensed brokerages is disclosed to you in writing.

Are you real estate agents?

No. Nova Horizons is a capital migration advisory. We don't list, show or negotiate property. When you're ready to buy or sell, we introduce a licensed Florida real estate brokerage that you engage directly.

How does Nova Horizons charge?

The first conversation is free. After that, our advisory fees are agreed with you in writing before any work begins, and they never depend on a property purchase or sale.

Do you take a percentage of the property price?

No. We take no commission and no percentage of any transaction.

Who pays the lawyers, accountants and lenders?

You do, directly, on their own terms. We receive no referral fees from them, so our introductions stay independent.
